Vulpestation

The downloadable Windows and Linux versions of this tool have more features, so downloading is recommended. This game idea generator is free, and any ideas that come of it are entirely yours.

Hit the big "GO!" button at the bottom of the screen. Three random symbols will pop up, these are meant to get your creative juices flowing. A genre will be selected, as well as a visual style, vibe, wildcard, and setting.

From there, you can alter fields in the ways listed below:

• Hide fields so you don't have to see them.
• Lock fields so they don't change.
• Toggle Fusion on text fields to get two words instead of one.
• Re-roll fields to tweak them.

Vulpestation has:

• Over 100 symbols to spark creativity.
• Tons of genres and descriptors to make every idea feel unique.
• Some extra themes to choose from if you get tired of the default one.
• "Vs" and "Plus" modes which replace the middle symbol with a versus or plus symbol.
• The ability to save and load ideas (download version only).
• Extendable via user-created symbol and word support (download version only).

Note: Your settings configuration is only saved in the downloadable version.
